"I wasn’t really sure what to expect..."
I wasn’t really sure what to expect going in, but the course ended up being helpful. The lessons were clear and easy to follow, and they didn’t feel as boring as I thought they might. It’s not something I’d call life-changing, but it definitely made the material easier to understand

"Easy to Get Through, Even When I Felt Drained"
I was feeling mentally drained going into this, so I was relieved that the course was easy to work through. I took the homebuyer course i did learn a bunch of things I didn’t know before, especially around the little steps in the buying process that I never really thought about, like what happens after an offer is accepted and why certain forms matter. Some sections felt a bit repetitive, and there were moments where I wished they moved faster, but overall it made the whole homebuying process feel less confusing. I also appreciated the small details they pointed out, because those are usually the things I end up wondering about later

The site was easy to use overall, but I do wish the pricing and payment details were a bit more obvious before getting started (I don’t love having to hunt for that stuff). I used eHome America for my course, it worked better than I expected. "Pretty straightforward and easier than I expected"
I finished my course on ehomeamerica.org and didn’t have much trouble with it. I was doing it mostly in the evenings after dinner, so I was glad it saved my progress because I definitely wasn’t going to finish everything in one sitting. The steps were clear enough to follow, and the certificate part was simple too. I was expecting it to be more confusing, but overall it was a good experience.

I used eHomeAmerica to get connected with a housing counseling agency, and it went smoothly. The site was easy to follow, or I guess I should say easier than I expected, which was a nice surprise.
When I had questions, the agency information was right there and clear enough that I knew who to reach out to. It didn’t feel overly confusing or like I had to dig around forever, which I really appreciated.

Overall, it helped me get the counseling part handled faster than I thought it would. I’d definitely use it again if I needed to...

My lender accepted it with no problems at all. these programs usually make things way more complicated than they need to, but this one went through just fine for me.
